To celebrate the 15th birthday of the Porsche Sports Cup Germany series, the German sports car maker will be launching a special collection called the 718 Cayman GT4 Sports Cup Edition. The cars will be briefly available in 88 Porsche dealerships, but the production quantity is a secret.
Outside, the coupe sports a contrast-rich livery with red graphics superimposed on a white or black body. It ships with a fixed rear wing, black 20-inch wheels with red rims, and low active suspension.
The inside space comes wrapped in a leather/Alcantara combo with ornamental stitching and occasional brushed aluminum inserts.
Powering the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Sports Cup Edition is a four-liter naturally aspirated engine with 420 hp (313 kW) and 420 Nm (310 pound-feet) of torque at the crank. The gear is manual only. Accelerating from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) is a matter of 4.4 seconds, and the top speed lies above 300 km/h (186 mph).
