Porsche Macan EV spied lapping up the North Loop

Porsche continues testing its all-electric crossover we provisionally call the Macan EV, although its real name remains unannounced. These freshly made spy shots show a prototype cruising down the Nürburgring.

The automaker is expected to reveal the production car before the end of the year, but the camouflage remains as thick as ever. There are still misleading decals on the headlights and a fake grille instead of the real one, as well as obviously non-production tailpipes. Porsche seems in no hurry to reveal the true exterior of its electric SUV, for understandable reasons.

No interior shots have been made this time around, but we had already seen the cabin with two large displays on the dashboard before.

It is official that the marque’s upcoming electric SUV is based on the PPE architecture co-developed with Audi and features RWS, air-ride suspension and rapid charging support.
