You may have found it weird how often the Panamera was spied testing recently, given that the latest facelift was in 2020. Moreover, the changes look too extensive for a simple facelift. Are we, then, looking at the next generation in the making?
The front end is noticeably different with new headlight units and fenders. Moving on to the sides, there is a thick camp wrap on the c-pillars where none had been. The fuel door, the taillights and the rear bumper are likewise disguised.
All of the above prompts the only logical explanation: Porsche must have started testing the next-gen Panamera, and the vehicles we had seen before were all test mules.
We would expect the new Panamera to debut in 2024, four years after the facelift, because that one also took place four years after the initial launch.
