The trio debuted at the Amelia Island Concours show, sporting famous racecar liveries from the 20th century.
The red one with white stripes and number 23 resembles the Porsche 917K Concept that scored the first place in the overall standing of the 1970 24 Hours of Le Mans. The car belonged to the Porsche Salzburg team and packed a twelve-cylinder engine rated at 580 hp (433 kW). You may watch the video here for details.
The pink one pays homage to the Porsche 917/20 ‘Pink Pig’ co-designed with the French automotive company SERA.
The third Taycan EV wears white with blue and red stripes and references Brumos Racing vehicles that have brought the team multiple victories at the 24 Hours of Daytona.
