UK-based automaker Radical Performance has announced Project 25, a supercar shaping up to become its next flagship when it debuts in early 2023 packing 850 horsepower under the hood.
The company specifies that the power will come from a twin-turbo V6. It also mentions an ‘extreme’ body kit, which can be seen on the latest teaser images.
The number 25 refers to the 25-year anniversary of the company, and Radical promises us to distill its entire experience in motorsports into this particular release. Judging by the cockpit outlines, the car will be based on the same space-frame as the Radical RXC before it.
Looking at the images revealed thus far, it seems that the supercar will have pronounced wheel arches, a massive rear diffuser and a giant rear wing. Carbon fiber is obviously present in the cabin, too.
Radical says it has already shown the finished vehicle to select customers. The total planned production run is 25 units, and we wouldn’t be surprised to learn that it had been sold out before the announcement.
