Automaker Radical has introduced a new version of its entry-level racecar, the SR1 XXR.
The main difference compared to the original SR1 (see video) comes in the shape of a 1.3-liter naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine designed by Radical Performance Engines (RPE for short). The new block is officially rated at 199 metric horsepower (196 hp / 146 kW).
Other than that, the new XXR version features an updated body kit with a massive shark-fin arrangement straight behind the cabin.
The production of the track-only car is slated to begin in summer.
