Hennessey Performance has announced its newest project: Ram 1500 TRX “Mammoth” fitted with three axles and a 1,200-hp engine. The car only exists on paper so far, but with pre-orders opening in few days, it shouldn’t be far from completion.
The Mammoth will slot in between the Texan tuner’s other two six-wheelers, the VelociRaptor 6×6 and the Goliath 6×6.
Powering the build is a 7.0-liter Mopar Hellephant V8 engine turbocharged to deliver insane 1,200 horsepower (895 kilowatts) to the wheels.
In addition to stretched wheelbase, the Mammoth boasts AWD, meaty tires, stainless-steel bumpers and additional lighting. A custom cabin makeover also goes without saying.
The company will be building three such trucks priced from U.S. $500,000 each.
