The latest video puts three North American pickups on a quarter-mile track in an attempt to figure out which one is the fastest of the trio.
The part-electric F-150 comes in at around three metric tons (6,600 lbs), and the Ram 1500 is not too far behind. Liberal use of carbon fiber enables the GMC Sierra Denali to weigh the least of all: around 2,500 kg, or 5,500 lbs.
Performance-wise, the 5.7-liter V8 of the Hemi V8 Ram lags behind with 395 hp (295 kW) and 556 Nm (410 lb-ft) of torque. The Sierra pulls ahead of it at least on paper with a 6.2-liter V8, 420 hp (313 kW) and 624 Nm (460 lb-ft). The heavyweight F-150 is also the most powerful of the trio with its 430 hp (321 kW) and 773 Nm (570 lb-ft).
