Fiat Chrysler Automobiles has held a presentation of a luxury upgrade for its next-gen Ram 1500 pickup truck. The vehicle received lush interior finishing along with the new model name “Laramie Longhorn Edition”.
Changes begin on the outside of the car with its newly designed radiator grille and LED headlights. Buyers may opt for a set of designer-made wheels either 20 or 22 inches in diameter.
The driver’s cab of the new Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn Edition is really quite amazing, with lots of premium-quality leather, precious wood finishing and exclusive company logos throughout. Regardless of the trim level chosen, the car comes with a state-of-the-art infotainment system and a huge touch-sensitive display.
The company remained silent as to whether the vehicle sustained any modifications under the hood. The regular next-gen Ram 1500 demonstrated at the recent Detroit Auto Show came with a 3.6-liter, 305-horsepower Pentastar V6 and an optional 5.7-liter, 395-hp HEMI V8.
