The current-gen Ram 1500 (see video) is already a few years old, so the manufacturer is looking to refresh it in the middle of its production cycle, as evidenced by these spy shots.
The prototype wears heavy cladding at both ends, but black mirror covers, no chrome around the windows, generous ride height and white lettering on the tires make us believe it is the Rebel version.
The radiator grille appears slightly larger than before, while the headlights seem smaller. The swiveling high beams at the corners also look a bit bigger than they were, and once again confirm that it is the Rebel spec.
When it reaches the showrooms, the 2024 Ram 1500 is expected to do so with Jeep’s inline six-cylinder turbo under the hood. The manufacturer is not giving any comments yet, aside from confirming that the Hemi V8 will make room for a more efficient six-cylinder engine.
