Hoonigan has posted an interesting video on YouTube comparing a Ram 1500 TRX against an all-terrain vehicle on a dirt track.
As you can see from the start, the TRX in the video is no stock truck. It has a shortened wheelbase and a downsized two-door cab. The 6.2-liter V8 under the hood is largely original, though.
As for the buggy, it is a Polaris NorthStar driven by a 1.0-liter engine rated at 82 PS (81 hp / 60 kW). Despite its inferior power output, there is no dismissing the colossal weight advantage of the buggy.
