Camper specialist TruckHouse has announced the laconically named BCR, a travel-focused conversion of the Ram 3500 4x4 truck (see video).
The design makes intensive use of carbon fiber and boasts a feature named HiPR Foils, which minimizes the drag by shaping the airflow around the camper. That said, the body is still a prototype under development, and the first shipments aren’t going to begin until next spring. In the meantime, everybody interested can leave a $10,000 deposit. The final pricing is not even hinted at, though.
From the practical point of view, the camper has a U-shaped dining area, beds for four adults, a microwave oven, an induction stove, a fridge with a freezer and a large sink. Rounding off the list is a fully equipped home office.
