Ram has posted a video previewing the interior of its upcoming compact truck co-designed with a team of engineers from Brazil specifically for Latin American markets.
Mopar Insiders reports that the new model will be called ‘Rampage’, but it is not yet official. The vid focuses on the steering wheel, the dashboard, the rotary transmission knob and the multimedia display (rumored to be 10.25 inches large).
A while ago, the manufacturer used a mock-up to hint at the exterior of the new truck. It posted an image of what looked like a front fascia of a pickup with the brand name spelled on it in large letters and the company’s signature radiator grille. You will find this image farther down the gallery below.
According to unofficial reports, the Ram Rampage will be a unibody vehicle powered by the 2.0-liter turbo four-pot of the Jeep Wrangler in the main spec.
The debut will likely take place before the end of the year.
