With the Paris Motor Show canceled due to the coronavirus, Renault has to look for other ways to unveil its latest products. Among other things, the company will be holding a web presentation called Renault eWays on October 15 – 26 focused on the production version of the electric SUV concept Renault Morphoz.
The car comes based on the CMF-EV architecture and debuted as a prototype this spring (take a look at it in our gallery and the video).
It would make sense for the production SUV to use the same powertrain and tech as the Nissan Ariya that debuted in July. This means several engine variants rated between 217 and 394 horsepower (162 – 294 kilowatts), batteries rated at 65 and 90 kWh, and WLTP range between 340 and 610 kilometers (211 – 379 miles).
The online event will also reveal the production version of the Dacia Spring Concept, the electrified crossover SUV Renault Arkana E-Tech Hybrid, and other environment-friendly vehicles.
