Renault has posted a teaser pic of the new Master van, revealing a sleeker and more aerodynamic silhouette. The official premiere remains scheduled on November 21, 2023.
The vehicle is shown from the side and looks much like any other van on the market. However, Renault claims the aerodynamic gains from the smoother shapes are substantial and should save drivers up to 1.5 liters of petrol per 100 km. The all-electric version will benefit even more with a 21% increase in power efficiency.
The media seem to agree that achieving such remarkable results is barely possible with aerodynamics alone. There are likely other technological improvements in the new generation that we don’t know about yet.
The fourth-gen Master will be produced at the Renault factory in Batilly, like the previous ones.
