Rolls-Royce has pledged to become an electric car manufacturer by the end of the decade, and the Spectre coupe set to debut in a few years will be its first battery car on the lineup.
The test mule spotted the other day looked much like the Wraith, but ran on a brand new architecture shared with the latest Ghost, Phantom and Cullinan models. It sported a more coupe-like profile with a strongly slanted roof and longer overhangs, as well as two-tier headlights and a large faux grille.
All technical parameters remain a mystery, but Rolls-Royce will probably tell us more as the premiere date draws near. The Spectre is expected to reach the market by late 2023 or so.
