British car manufacturer Rolls-Royce has released a video commenting on the main design principles it follows while making cars.
According to various Rolls-Royce representatives, proper car height is the cornerstone of successful design. More specifically, it has to be lower than two times the wheel diameter.
Accuracy and symmetry in all lines and contours is said to be another essential condition required for the perfect final shape of the vehicle.
The video also features the all-electric Rolls-Royce 103ЕХ Concept, which is said to be a demonstration of the new technologies and design language currently adopted by Rolls-Royce. The car is fully autonomous and is conspicuously missing the steering wheel and the pedals. Its interior makes intensive use of such luxury materials as natural silk, wool, wood and ivory.
