Rolls-Royce Cullinan falls victim to a JDM body kit

What does your average Rolls-Royce Cullinan owner usually think about? The golf tournament schedule for the week? Whether it is a good idea to put another bottle of champagne into the on-board fridge? Feel free to accuse us of typecasting, but what the average RR owner does NOT do is what you see on the pictures here.

For reasons altogether beyond our comprehension, someone contracted Japanese tuner shop Wald International to tailor their Black Bison aero kit to fit the gorgeous body of the Cullinan. Along with the carbon fiber, the opulent crossover landed with a suspension lowering kit and in-house chromed wheels with Y-shaped spokes. In fact, gaudy chrome is omnipresent on what was formerly an elegant and understated SUV.

If we had to pick a single most clashing detail, it would be the rear diffuser shaped like something straight out of Formula One. Neither the diffuser nor the massive front spoiler succeed in making the bulky soft-roader look sporty on the outside. Actually, we don’t think we know what it even looks like anymore.

And what do you think?
