Rolls-Royce declares charity auction on its first Phantom car

The first Rolls-Royce Phantom to roll off the production line will be sold at a charity auction, a representative of the company announced. The auction will take place in the Ritz Carlton Hotel Florida, U.S.A. during the Winter Wine Festival held early next year.

The car will be painted a unique Belladonna Purple, with white interior inlaid with commemorative plaques. In addition to the brand new vehicle, the winning bidder will receive a special selection of wines from Alpha Omega Winery. The starting price hasn’t been set so far.

As you probably remember, the latest model of Rolls-Royce Phantom premiered at the International Motor Show in Frankfurt, Germany. The car is built on a unique aluminum platform all new Ghost, Dawn and Wraith models will be based upon.

The latest Rolls-Royce Phantom sedan gets a brand new 6.75-liter V12 turbo engine with 571 hp and 900 Nm torque.
