In its latest special edition titled Tempus Collection, the opulent Rolls-Royce Phantom draws upon the themes of the infinite Universe, time as a phenomenon, and astronomical events.
The Starry Sky ceiling now has a centerpiece named the Pulsar. The front fascia no longer has a clock face on it, specifically so that the owner of the car may feel liberated from time constraints. A hundred of elaborately arranged aluminum “pillars” form a 3D image on the dashboard.
The doors come draped in contrast-rich leather and support the starry theme. The trunk carries an inscribed quote by Albert Einstein about how time is illusionary.
The exterior flaunts a unique shade of navy blue paint with some mica mixed in, and customers can ask Rolls-Royce to engrave a location and a date of their choice on the Spirit of Ecstasy.
A neat bonus comes in the form of a champagne box complete with cooling buckets, a caviar spoon finished in mother-of-pearl, four crystal glasses, and a Pulsar ornament.
A total of 20 such Phantoms will leave the workshops, already sold out to anonymous clients who did not care to reveal prices.
