Netherlands-based tuner Niels van Roij Design has shared some new bits of information concerning the Silver Spectre Shooting Brake, a family-friendly conversion of the opulent Rolls-Royce Wraith. The car first debuted this spring, when it was still far from complete.
The coupe depicted here features massive d-pillars, an elongated, sloped roofline, and new glass all around. The Starry Sky ceiling inside wasn’t originally on the equipment list, so the team implemented its own version using nearly two thousand diode lights. They also managed to give the conversion plenty of trunk space while ensuring enough legroom for the passengers on the two individual rear seats.
Powering the Wraith is its stock 6.6-liter W12 capable of 700 PS (515 kW) and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque. A sprint from zero to 60 miles per hour (0-97 km/h) takes 4.4 seconds, and it remains to be seen whether the estate will be as fast.
A total of seven Silver Spectre Shooting Brakes will be produced to individual orders.
