Rolls-Royce Phantom gets its second tuning kit from Spofec

Novitec subsidiary Spofec has unveiled an updated range of customization options for the ultra-luxurious Rolls-Royce Phantom. The sedan landed with many aesthetic improvements and a tune to 1,010 Newton-meters of torque.

On the exterior side of things, the first thing that catches the eye is a set of Spofec SP3 wheels produced by Vossen Wheels. The massive rims measure 24 inches across and look even larger than that thanks to moon-disc hubcaps. The manufacturer claims they are robust enough to install on the stretched Phantom EWB as well. A subtle carbon-fiber body kit rounds off the styling.

The standard 6.75-liter V12 gets its own share of upgrades. A software update lets it produce 114 PS and 110 Nm of torque more than usual, for an estimated total of 685 PS (676 hp / 504 kW) and 1,010 Nm (745 lb-ft). As a result, the standard sedan reaches 100 km/h (62 mph) from standstill in five seconds flat. The EWB version takes 0.1s longer than that. Both are still capped at 250 km/h (155 mph) for safety reasons.

The Series II package by Spofec is already available to order.
