Swedish auction house Bilweb Auctions will soon attempt to sell the last example of the Saab 9-3, which was produced in 2014. The sedan has 66 kilometers (41 miles) on its odometer and has spent most of its life sitting in the automaker’s museum. The price is estimated between 350,000 and 450,000 Swedish krona.
More specifically, the car in question is a Saab 9-3 Aero Turbo4, which comes equipped with a two-liter gas-turbo engine rated at 220 hp (164 kW), as well as a six-speed auto gearbox. NEVS has released this particular model in 2013 and 2014, only producing 420 copies total, despite the original plans to launch large-scale production.
A few years ago, the Swedish-Chinese corporation has unveiled rebadged and facelifted versions of the Saab 9-3 and 9-3X, but whether these will ever make it into production remains uncertain to this date. Later on, NEVS intends to launch the 9-4x, an all-electric SUV based on the GM Theta platform, and the 9-4, a battery-powered sedan built upon the Phoenix architecture.
