The Geneva motor show starting on March 8th may just include a premiere of the all-new SEAT Tarraco. Whether it happens or not, first photos showing the flagship crossover SUV have already made it to the Internet somehow. There is still no official information from the manufacturer to accompany them, however.
Automotive experts say the new SUV will be built on the MQB modular platform also employed for such cars as the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace and the Skoda Kodiaq. It is likely that the newcomer hits the market with roughly the same engine lineup as the above-mentioned models, too. We’re talking gasoline and diesel engines ranging from 1.4L to 2.0L and capable of anything between 150 and 240 hp.
It has been earlier made official that the first SEAT Tarraco vehicles would roll to their respective owners before the end of the year.
