The car dealership in Frankfurt is very rich in novelties. One of them was the renewed concept of electric
off-road vehicle Vision E Concept from the Czech manufacturer Skoda. In
contrast to the prototype presented in Shanghai, this novelty is more like a
serial car.
In motion Vision E Concept is powered by two electric
motors with a total output of more than 300 hp. The maximum speed that the
novelty can develop is 180 km / h. A full charge of batteries is enough to
drive about 500 km.
Interestingly, since the Shanghai Motor Show, where
the prototype Vision E Concept was presented, its "filling" has not
undergone any significant changes, but the appearance, as mentioned above, has
changed a lot. Designers changed the look of the front panel, and also
"presented" the Vision E Concept with brand-new wheels that look very
futuristic.
Inside Vision E Concept also did not undergo any
special changes, compared to the prototype. Convenience to the driver and the
passenger is ensured by "smart" armchairs that can rotate, as well as
large touch screens that guarantee the convenience in managing all electronic "stuffing".
Also from the novelties Vision E Concept boasts a car control system with the
help of gestures or voice, a Wi-Fi access point, as well as the ability to
track the eyes and even assess the driver's fatigue, which undoubtedly had a positive
effect on the safety of the car.
The autonomous control system, installed in the Vision
E Concept, allows it to dispense with the driver during acceleration and
braking and finding a free parking space. However, while these functions remain
inaccessible, since the car in the series has not yet gone.
