Skoda students making a camper out of the Enyaq iV

A team of students from the Skoda Academy has shared some previews of an RV concept based on the Enyaq iV (see video). The electric crossover SUV will be getting a special camping add-on.

The team consists of 29 people whose goal is to create a car suited for short trips into the wilderness spanning more than one day. It is by no means a motorhome, but it should make a nice recreation vehicle (RV).

Based on the sketches, the Enyaq iV will be modded with a much taller roof and a bed for two in the back. When not used, the sheets and the mattress can be tucked away to make an improvised worktable. There are also a few storage boxes around, but that’s about it.

A while ago, Skoda had already presented a camping car concept based on the same SUV. Back then, it was a simple roof box with a collapsible tent inside.
