A few weeks after announcing the special Monte Carlo edition of its Fabia hatchback, Skoda has now introduced it on official terms.
As it turns out, the modifications are purely stylistic. The Fabia Monte Carlo sports a contrast-rich black roof, black pillars and side mirror caps, a radiator grille with active louvers, and aerodynamic parts at both ends. It also rides on 18-inch wheels with aero hubcaps.
The sporty theme continues in the cabin with a plethora of red inserts and fake carbon décor on the doors and the dash panel. LED headlights are included in the specification along with a large infotainment display. Digital dashboard, on the contrary, comes at a premium.
The technical side of things stays unchanged: customers can still choose from three engines rated at 80, 95 and 150 PS (79, 94 and 148 hp; 59, 70 and 110 kW, accordingly).
