Skoda has posted some pics of the facelifted Kamiq SUV and Scala hatchback along with their premiere date: August 1.
Both cars have been selling for four years now and needed an update to stay in line with the manufacturer’s latest design direction. Among other things, the Scala has new slim headlights, a bumper with impressively large air intakes and a different radiator grille. The taillights sport new light signatures.
In turn, the SUV gets revised headlamps and bumpers. Compared to the current revision (see video), the new Kamiq will get a silver trim on the front bumper. The radiator grille also looks larger and has a new pattern composed of double vertical bars.
Skoda claims that both vehicles will benefit from tech features and options normally reserved for higher-class cars. All details remain to be announced.
