The Skoda Karoq came out in the spring of 2017 to phase out the outdated Yeti model. Now, the automaker has readied the compact CUV for a mid-life update, and will be unveiling it on November 30, 2021.
Judging by the spy shots made so far, the update changes both bumpers, the radiator grille and the lighting (both headlight styling and contents). New body finishes and wheel designs are also high on our expectations list, as is a more advanced infotainment system – although the screen size should remain the same or nearly the same as before.
Updating the Karoq is going to be quite a challenge for the manufacturer, because it was its best-selling CUV of 2020. The total number of units sold since launch has exceeded 500,000, so any major changes in its design would probably be frowned upon.
