Skoda will premiere a sport modification of its compact SUV Karoq at the Paris International Motor Show coming this fall. The new vehicle has a more aggressive appearance and packs a few additional features.
The Sportline series gets LED lighting, 19-inch wheels, sport bumpers, roof railings, special logos, and tinted rear windows.
The interior of the car greets the viewer with ventilated seats, a feature especially useful in summertime. There is a digital dashboard, a hi-speed Wi-Fi hotspot and pedals with stainless steel pads.
The series will ship with a choice between a 2.0-liter gasoline engine rated at 190 hp (142 kW), a 1.5-liter turbo engine capable of 150 hp (112 kW), and a 2.0-liter diesel in the same performance range. All engines support manual and automatic transmission.
The price of the new Skoda Karoq Sportline will be announced later.
