Skoda Kodiaq RS gets a power upgrade from ABT

ABT Sportsline has unveiled a performance upgrade for the Skoda Kodiaq RS. The new proprietary engine control unit, called AEC, enhances the output of the SUV’s turbo four-cylinder engine from its standard 237 hp (177 kW) to 267 hp (199 kW).

This reduces the standard sprint time by 0.2 seconds. You may also choose to fit your Kodiaq RS with ABT logos, custom wheels clad in low-profile tires, and a lowering spring kit.

ABT Sportsline says it will disclose the production quantity, full specs and pricing later.

Technically, the Skoda Kodiaq RS is the fastest-going seven-seat crossover/SUV on the Nürburgring to date. That said, there are still no other competitors in that category.
