The new Kodiaq Clever is an SUV priced above the Style spec and having plenty of tech and features to show for it.
Compared to the standard Kodiaq, which you can see in the video here, the newcomer boasts new wheels, front fender badges, LED DRLs, a keyless entry system, snow and rain sensors, satellite navigation, climate control, and a plethora of electronic assists.
In Europe, the Clever will ship with a choice between a 1.5 TSI and a 2.0 TDI, both of them rated at 150 PS (148 hp / 110 kW). The gasoline engine links to a six-speed manual or seven-speed DSG transmission, while the diesel goes DSG-only.
The most affordable gas/manual version will soon go on sale priced from €33,280. Its dual-clutch counterpart will begin from €34,780, and the diesel version from €37,280.
