2022 Skoda Kodiaq breaks cover with exterior, cabin and engine specs

The time has come for Skoda to roll out an update for its bulkiest SUV on offer: the Kadiaq, which came out in 2016 and so needed an upgrade quite desperately.

Cosmetic improvements can be difficult to see, but if you look closely you may notice that the hood, the front grille, headlights, bumpers and spoiler have been slightly redesigned. On top of that, the RS version gets 20-inch polished rims fitted with stylish black aerodynamic covers.

The interior benefits from new optional ergonomic seats available with a perforated leather trim or an eco-friendly substitute. Opting for M package unlocks a combination of leather and cloth upholstery.
The steering wheel is new, the audio system refreshed, and the LED lighting has more settings than before. The dashboard is digital, and the infotainment system is new as well.

The engine lineup is represented by a 1.5-liter TSI rated at 150 PS (148 hp / 110 kW), a 2.0 TSI with 190 PS (187 hp / 140 kW), and a 2.0 TDI Evo available in 150 and 200 PS versions (148 and 197 hp; 110 and 147 kW, respectively). The first powertrain is available in the base front-wheel-drive spec with a six-speed stick shift.
