The fourth-gen Skoda Octavia is set for premiere on November 11, 2019, and we’ve all seen the prototypes running tests (watch the video if you didn’t). Now, the Czech manufacturer presents us with a couple design sketches of the model.
It could be said that the new Octavia has a more ‘emotional’ feel to it, partially due to its fluent silhouette, stylish wheel rims and other such features. The higher trims will most likely get LED Matrix headlights.
No official photos of the cabin are available at the moment, but the spy photos provide evidence that the new Octavia draws inspiration from the Scala as far as the interior is concerned. The steering wheel and the dashboard are new, and the center console looks redesigned. Aside from this, you can expect higher-quality trim materials and new features, such as a voice assistant.
The debut will take place in Prague, Czech Republic. Skoda will likely show the liftback and the estate/wagon versions of the Octavia simultaneously. The hybrid-powered Octavia iV, as well as the Scout and RS trims, should follow later.
