Skoda continues drip-feeding us information about its upcoming 4th-gen Octavia liftback. The newest sketch shows the heavily redesigned interior of the car.
The instrument panel is now represented by a 10-inch display and supports four different themes. The multimedia display also measures ten inches across in the top trim versions, and a HUD is now available as a paid option for the first time.
Most of hardware controls are gone, replaced by touch-sensitive displays, and all DSG configurations trade the traditional gear selector for a joystick.
Further noteworthy details include a dual-spoke steering wheel, ergonomic seats with improved lateral support, and dedicated air temperature controls for rear passengers, which means that the on-board climate control system will likely support at least three zones.
The official reveal will be held next Monday, November 11.
