Tech company Qualcomm has arrived at this year’s CES expo with a prototype SUV named the Snapdragon Digital Chassis. The car boasts a novel design and showcases the technologies that Qualcomm can offer the automakers.
The model sports dynamic body outlines with color accents in the wheels and rear-hinged doors at the back. The cabin draws attention to its abundance of displays, the most prominent of which occupies the entire dashboard. Coming in at 55 inches of diagonal size, it is sectioned into multiple zones such as the instrument panel, the infotainment system and the front passenger’s display.
The car also comes equipped with a handful of face-recognizing cameras and automatically applies custom settings for the infotainment system, HVAC and seats as soon as it notices someone familiar. The same cameras authorize access to a slew of online services.
