SsangYong Motor Company has revealed a teaser pic of its first fully electric production car slated to hit the market within the framework of the Project Е100.
According to the company, the EV features a small fake grille at the front, an aluminum hood, roof railings and two-tier LED headlights.
As Nick Laird – SsangYong Managing Director in Great Britain – said before, the production car will be based on the Korando/Actyon chassis while also borrowing some elements from the e-SIV Concept shown in the video here.
No specs are available at this moment. When it premiered, the SsangYong e-SIV Concept packed a single electric motor rated at 190 PS (140 kW) and had a 61.6-kWh battery sufficient for 450 kilometers (280 miles) of uninterrupted driving.
