The Japanese company Subaru laid out in network a teaser with the first photo of the compact SUV XV of new generation. The debut of the updated model will occur within Geneva showroom of 2017.
Most likely, Japanese will bring the serial version of Subaru XV crossover 2018, the concept of which was presented in Geneva last year.
Like its predecessor, the base of the updated crossover is a platform of Impreza model. The car has a fairly high ground clearance, extra protection of the body, a modified grille, LED head and rear optical system.
Subaru still didn't share official information aboout technical characteristics of the new car. Most likely, the modified 2,0-liter opposite engine with more power and less fuel consumption will be installed under the hood. There is a possibility that the vehicle will be also performed in the diesel and hybrid versions.
Dealers expect the emergence of a new Subaru XV in the car markets in the second half of 2017. The Japanese consumers will be able to issue the preorder of the model in spring.
