The Japanese automaker will be unveiling its updated BRZ sports coupe on November 18, 2020. Little is known about the model except for the appearance of its front fenders and lights (see pics).
While not official, sources are reporting that the Supra BRZ will utilize an improved version of its old chassis. Allegedly, it will also trade its 205-PS (202-hp / 151-kW) naturally aspirated engine for an opposite four-cylinder unit rated at 220 PS (217 hp / 162 kW) or higher.
The new powertrain will likely come in six-speed manual and automatic versions, the latter outfitted with paddle shifters for easier switching. The rear-wheel drive system and overall dimensions will stay unchanged, but the exterior and interior design should undergo some reconceptualization in line with the times.
