Subaru WRX TR revealed ahead of premiere

The Drive has posted photos of the upcoming TR edition of the Subaru WRX set to premiere at the annual Subiefest event in Florida this weekend.

The car is depicted with a massive rear wing, as well as exclusive wheels wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza S007 tires. The rims seem to be 19 inches large, and unofficial reports are saying that the brake rotors are 26 mm larger at the front and 36 mm larger at the back.

In all likelihood, the new Subaru WRX TR will retain the original’s 2.4-liter flat-four engine rated at 271 PS (268 hp / 200 kW). The all-wheel-drive system will also likely retain its original settings.
