The Japanese marque has rolled out a mid-generational update for its Ignis SUV. Let’s see what it gets heading into 2021.
Redesigned exterior bits include the radiator grille and both bumpers. Customers gain access to a few new body color options. Inside, the dashboard is digital and sports a bi-color bezel that sets it apart from the 7-inch multimedia display.
The mild-hybrid powertrain of the Ignis series has also received an update, landing with a better starter-generator, drive belt, and traction battery. CVT gearbox is now listed under options, and the standard 1.2-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine gets a boost to 82 hp (60 kW) and 107 Nm (80 lb-ft) of torque.
In its most expensive form, the Suzuki off-roader boasts anti-fog lamps, sat-nav, keyless entry, lane assist and collision avoidance features.
