It has only been two weeks since we reported that Japanese tuner DAMD wanted to restyle the Suzuki Jimny mini-SUV into a spitting (if smaller) copy of the Mercedes G-Class and the Land Rover Defender. Well, Chelsea Truck Company made the exact same offer earlier today. Looks like everyone out there wants to make Jimny look like a better car than it is, huh?
Anyway, both kits include the same assortment of parts, namely wheel arch extensions, bumpers, a hood cover with air intakes, a new radiator grille, LED headlights, custom 19-inch wheels and a quad exhaust system.
The interior of the modded Suzuki Jimny features perforated and quilted leather upholstery, as well as custom pedals and sill plates.
Chelsea Truck Company hasn’t announced the launch date yet, but it is already official that prices will begin at U.S. $32,000.
