Suzuki Jimny sprouts a posh version for Brazil

The Brazilian branch of Suzuki has just launched a special edition of the Jimny on that market, called 4Style. According to Carscoops, it lacks any technical upgrades, but takes on a much more premium appearance not unlike that of a baby-sized Mercedes G-Class.

The limited series is styled in a similar vein to 4Sport and 4Expedition, but stands out from them thanks to body-matched bumpers, fenders, side sill moldings and radiator grille. The roof is offset in black and has a spoiler attached, the taillights are LED-based with new patterns, and the arches are occupied by new 16-inch wheels.

A peek inside reveals fabric upholstery with white stitching and red accents. Exclusive floor mats and ambient lighting are as far as special features go, but the SUV also has JBL audio and climate control included in the trim by default.

Like all other Jimny modifications for the Brazil market, the 4Style makes do with a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine rated at 108 PS (107 hp / 79 kW) and 138 Nm (102 lb-ft) of torque. It has a four-speed automatic transmission and AWD.

Prices start from 203,990 Rial (U.S. $40,400).
