Japanese tuners over at DAMD have already churned out quite a few styling packages for the Suzuki Jimny (see video), and the latest duo sees it transform into two iconic hatchbacks from the part – the Lancia Delta Integrale and the Renault 5 Turbo.
Granted, the proportions are a bit off, but custom bumpers, lights all around, radiator grille, rear spoilers and paint jobs actually do sum up to something rather convincing and genuine-looking. Also included are fender flares and custom OZ Racing wheels available in white and Graphite Grey with red lettering. The company took care to pick the wheel diameter that would be the best fit for either body kit.
Note also the ‘Non Turbo’ caption on the Jimny masquerading as the Renault 5. It is the tuner’s humorous reminder that, unlike the French car that traded its naturally aspirated engine for an arguably inferior turbo mill, the Jimny was able to avoid that fate.
