Nine Cybertruck pickups have been photographed sitting on a parking lot near Tesla’s Gigafactory complex in Texas. For all we know, these could be customers’ cars ready for shipment.
Tesla Inc. said it would begin deliveries in October, but they have yet to start. Still, no batches of Cybertrucks have been sighted on that particular parking lot up until now, so it looks possible that the deliveries start later this week.
There is still zero data regarding the specifications of the truck, the pricing, the production targets etc. Analytical companies tend to think that Tesla will be able to reach 260,000 annual unit deliveries by 2025. CEO Elon Musk himself had intended to make 500,000 units per year.
