Tesla has posted yet another video featuring its EVs doing a light show. It starts five Cybertruck pickups this time around, showcasing the possibilities of their advanced lighting system.
The Lightshow feature is included as part of the infotainment software. You are still going to need a little programming skill in order to sync it across multiple cars. Tesla was kind enough to provide a GitHub link in the video description where everyone can download the source code of the light animation. It is called Arrival.
The programmer who worked on the project supplied each Cybertruck with its own, custom program code. He pointed out that in order for a similar light show to succeed, it will need to be configured separately for all participating cars. That said, if you manage to invite four other Cybertruck owners for your show, you can just use the open-source files provided for a ready-made experience.
