Real estate company Whisper Homes is offering a luxury cottage home in Clear Creek, Nevada for $12,750,000. Whoever buys it will get a Tesla Cybertruck for free.
The cottage resides at Lake Tahoe and is 663 square meters (7,136 square feet) large. It is still under construction, but scheduled for commissioning later this year.
The main building is three stories tall and contains five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, multiple terraces and a swimming pool. There is also a garage large enough for six cars and a wine cellar. Cedar wood, crude stone and metal trims are commonly used throughout.
The seller doesn’t explain why a Cybertruck is included in the deal, but does point that the house comes with Tesla solar panels lining its entire roof, covering some of its electricity needs. Among other things, the panels can provide energy for EV charging.
The listing fails to mention which specific version of the Cybertruck is being offered. Tesla prices the electric pickup from $60,990 to $99,990.
