California-based Tesla tuner Unplugged Performance, which also specializes in custom wheels for the entire Tesla range, has produced a body kit for the Model 3. The styling appears quite bold and might appeal to the European fan community of the EV.
Called Ascension R, the aero package consists exclusively of carbon parts. There is a brand-new front apron with large faux air intakes at the sides and in the middle, rather voluminous side skirts, and an aggressively styled rear end adorned with an enormous diffuser and a Voltex Carbon GT.
The show car, which incidentally belongs to major Tesla fan Erik Strait, wears a matte-grey wrap with the tuner’s logos on it. It rides on in-house-designed UP-04 Superlight wheels and packs Brembo brakes and a lowered stance.
In our opinion, the styling is not bad at all for a first attempt, but the rear could perhaps use some more work. What do you think?
