CarWOW has posted another video on YouTube where it made the family-friendly Audi RS6 Avant wagon compete against the much lighter and more affordable Tesla Model 3 Performance sedan.
Both cars have AWD, but that’s about where similarities end. The maxed-out Tesla weighs in at 1.85 metric tons (4,080 lbs) and packs 490 PS (483 hp / 360 kW) along with 660 Nm (487 lb-ft) of maximum torque. Prices begin from 56,500 in UK where the race was held.
The mild-hybrid 4.0-liter V8 of the Audi RS6 Avant burns petrol for 600 hp (447 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque. It weighs 226 kg (500 lbs) more and costs from £94,500.
Despite being so different on paper, both cars performed nearly identically in all disciplines. Watch the video for details.
