In the light of increasingly frequent reports about the limited reserves of oil on our planet, scientists from around the world continue to search for cheap alternative fuels. For example, the company Holthausen, which, in particular, is engaged in the construction of hydrogen gas stations and gas supplies, presented a package of modifications for the electric car Tesla Model S. As the director of the Dutch firm Stefan Holthausen said, the engineers managed not only to replace the batteries with fuel tanks, but also to hack and reconfigure electronic "brains" of the car.
As a result - increased from 613 to 1000 kilometers power reserve Model S P100D, which received the code name Hesla. It is interesting that all the modernization work was carried out in such a way that the free space of the car's interior did not decrease. The cost of all the modifications to translate Tesla Model S from electricity to hydrogen will cost 50 thousand euros.
Tesla Model S P100D is equipped with electric motors with a power of 773 horsepower and 967 Nm of torque. From zero to one hundred electric cars accelerate in 2.7 seconds. The maximum speed is 250 km/h.
